Pros/Cons
Pros
- I would highlight that it is very easy to use both to give recognition to your teammates and when you want to get rewards for the points your teammates give you.
- I is a very positive team building platform to use. It has been very nice to be able to go a little further and show people they are appreciated.
- I love that this software is used by every in our company who reward you for helping out or just doing what you’re supposed to be doing. You get amazing options to trade your points in for.
Cons
- When multiple people assign points to a single post, it gets confusing to know how many points came from whom.
- On a few occasions I have forgotten and I Hate ending the week and losing out on an opportunity to reward someone.
- The internal battle when you do something that you think you should get recognized for that you don't.
Pros
- Overall the customer service and care has been amazing and this is a company that is continuously growing and adapting.
- I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
- Overall, it's a great tool. I'd be interested in trying more of its features if my organization decides to adopt them.
Cons
- Very dishonest sales practices. Absolutely would stay away from this product as there are reputable and functional alternatives available.
- The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.
- From my perspective, Goco is suffering new-startup syndrome where they overloaded their staff and make promises they can't possibly deliver.
