Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love Bullhorn to maintain my talent pool and inventory. This is a great way of saving candidate Data and then accessing it whenever we need it.
- I like that the software is highly customizable, user friendly, and reasonably priced. Every time I have reached out to tech support they have been responsible and helpful.
- I think Bullhorm has a great user interface which makes the software really easy to use. I also like it offers a good range of integrations with third parties.
Cons
- We only found out when we contacted them with the issue - crazy bad execution on their part.
- The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.
- The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.
Pros
- Best thing it has face recognition attendance system and also help you in digital onboarding. All function you can use on your mobile as well.
- There are a few good things about DarwinBox. It has a good mobile application.
- DarwinBox has a good interface and is rich in functionalities and features.
Cons
- Selection of date for attendance requests is bit confusing. Once accidentally current date was updated when I selected a different date in the attendance request form.
- One thing I find the worse is that everyone can access anyone's details in the organization.
- The admin should have the option to view the system generated mails. Functional Structure is very confusing.
