Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love Bullhorn to maintain my talent pool and inventory. This is a great way of saving candidate Data and then accessing it whenever we need it.
- I like that the software is highly customizable, user friendly, and reasonably priced. Every time I have reached out to tech support they have been responsible and helpful.
- I think Bullhorm has a great user interface which makes the software really easy to use. I also like it offers a good range of integrations with third parties.
Cons
- We only found out when we contacted them with the issue - crazy bad execution on their part.
- The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.
- The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.
Pros
- Chat feature is wonderful, and the support staff behind the scenes are always willing to help with issues. Being able to resolve an issue via a chat is wonderful.
- So much time saved when doing payroll, and paper saved with electronic paystubs. Employees can request time off with ease and managers can manage their teams more effectively.
- This being my first experience with a payroll system I am very pleased, easy to use and seamless.
Cons
- Mistakes, no service, billing errors, government reporting errors, cannot get a hold of anyone.
- We are embarrassed to be using this product because it reflects poorly on our brand to our employees.
- Antiquated system, poor customer service and continuous errors on their part which they push back on the customer to enter corrections.
