- This system is easy to use and it is fully integrated so all of the modules are connected and information can be obtained no matter what function you are using.
- Simplified processes, intuitive design, flexibility, cost effective, and great value. The mobile enabled solutions are a great tool for the changing workforce demographic.
Cons
- Some information has to be changed in multiple places. It's also difficult terminate employees from the systems unless you have someone to reassign them to.
- It can be difficult to find stuff, i.e. where is the education.
Pros
- Best of all, though, are the people. Responsive and pleasant.
- The customer service is by far the best feature, as they're responsive even after hours and always willing to help.
Cons
- The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.
- I have no comment for this. Never had an issue to dislike anything.
