- This system is easy to use and it is fully integrated so all of the modules are connected and information can be obtained no matter what function you are using.
- Simplified processes, intuitive design, flexibility, cost effective, and great value. The mobile enabled solutions are a great tool for the changing workforce demographic.
Cons
- Some information has to be changed in multiple places. It's also difficult terminate employees from the systems unless you have someone to reassign them to.
- It can be difficult to find stuff, i.e. where is the education.
Pros
- It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.
- Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.
Cons
- It's structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.
- I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.
