I can be working with our admins staff and everybody is on the same page as everything is kept together. There is no me holding files on my side that someone else has or vice versa.

In addition to a great platform, we have been very pleased with the level of support.

There are really not any aspects that are difficult to use in this software.

They recently had a server issue with out the proper back-ups. The server crashed and we were struggling to use the program for approx 2-3 weeks.

The cost is a terrific value for what is included.

The support team who we have dealt with has been absolutely Fantastic. Patient, Helpful and sincere.

With that, I could send rejection emails without spending too much time on each one. Will be using CareerPlug for my next hires for sure.

Easy to use, wide reach, great customer service, provides good quality candidates, good metrics and dashboard.

We also like the integration with our website so that all postings are listing.

I found Career Plug to be extremely user friendly. Easy to find information quickly.

What I most like about the software is that it is integrated with many job boards and we have seen an increase in quality applicants globally.

The response to the ad's are impressive. Easy to use and easy to track candidates since we dont have a ATS.

Definitely give Career Plug a try. No crazy contracts, upfront fees or any of the unnecessary bloat that comes with other ATS out on the market.

I love that all applicants can find our job posting across different platforms. I love being able to advance candidates through hiring process and have all communication in one place.

It's intuitive, helpful, and takes a lot of the administrative work and automates it.

A VERY CUMBERSOME process. Spend some money and get a real payroll system that can function in a real world where companies have multiple pay cycles.

Not very helpful and customer service is poor.

You have a very antiquated system in that it cannot accommodate a company with multiple pay cycles and be able to produce accurate governmental reports.

I love the direct deposit feature, as do my staff. The reporting tools are perfect and exactly what my accountant needs.

Making payroll much quicker and easier for me to be able to free up my time for the things that help me run my back office company without spending time on payroll and payroll taxes.

Also filing the quarterly report to the state I had issues also, Michigan saying not received called Deluxe said they sent so I did the last 2 quarters myself. I am a bit confused on all this still.

We are only payroll users, experoence has been good.

From the first conversation to now using this software in Year 2, we have been very impressed with this product.

But I do want to give them very high marks for being professional and helpful I know your system inadequacies are not their fault. However, your sales reps also leave something to be desired.

I like the ease of use and it only take minutes to complete my payroll. The customer service has also been top notch.

Experience has been great. I am always able to reach support when needed.

The managers and payroll reps I have worked with are all courteous, helpful and pleasant  which I'm sure has been challenging for them given my level of frustration with the ongoing problems.

The terminology used is difficult to find, especially if you don't use it everyday.

Overall it has been a good experience. We do refer our business client to Deluxe.

Mostly your customer service and support is great for someone that has never done payroll before in a new small business.

When I first compared Deluxe with other companies, the selling point was [SENSITIVE CONTENT. She was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me the best price.

Use of this program is very easy. The whole transition from one service to another was very easy process with no delay.

She is always responsive, provides great solutions, and is extremely capable, understands complex issues, and follows up promptly and completely.

It is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Our payroll situation is not complicated, but we do have employees in several states - which they have been able to accommodate.

Our account rep is very responsive. We have had some issues with tax payments and rates not being input properly, but in the end, Deluxe has always taken prompt action to correct the situation.

Although I was assured that the 2 databases would produce combined accurate quarterly reports, this has not been the case and I am very frustrated.

The program is really easy to use and for a very low price.

Being unable to access employee W-2's from the employer login is frustrating.

Worried about change of location for delivery (coming from out of state by UPS).

Our customer service rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is outstanding. She is pivotal to our opinion of the software and she is an excellent representative for Deluxe.

The entire system is a user friendly system and anytime I have had questions, customer service has been patient to walk me through what I need to learn.
