  • Pros

  • The customer service and direct support with the account manager is second to none, always on hand and they listen to feedback and ideas for improvement.
  • Chargifi is really easy to use and understand, it has enabled our team to return to the office with confidence and clarity.
  • Cons

  • While we will only be charged for active users, this does feel a bit messy to still have employees who have left still on there.
  • We believe Team Managers and Global Admins should be able to cancel bookings on behalf of other users for instances such as severe illness etc.

  • It’s nice that it’s web based so there isn’t much involved in getting people suing it. The user end is pretty easy to use.
  • We like all the information/data was shown on the home page. We fill it's a great product for the cost.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes editing the segments when missing clocking in or out can be confusing.
  • There are times when employees have trouble punching out due to the sensitivity. This can be changed but they still have issues at times.
