The simplicity of the software and the value for money. I also like the amount of features within the system.

It is easy to navigate through and there are a lot of useful information on there that can be accessed.

User friendly, visually easy to follow. Easy to navigate around and explain to other members of staff how to access and use.

Straight forward and easy to set up and maintain. Customer service is outstanding most specifically from Ike and Jade, their prompt responses and action to all of our queries.

I love the ease of use, it's so simple to navigate around. The  visual aspect is great, it's very inviting and the whole team like using it.

This software will really assist our HR processes and I am pleased with the features and quality.

It's exceptionally easy to use, and whilst I'm not yet using all the features as I'm very small (only 3 employees so far), I am happy that it does all the things we will need it to do in the future.

Somethings are still in development and a few teething problems. There are a few items that need to be tweaked to make them work how we'd like them to.

The software is intuitive and easy to use. The staff have engaged with it quickly and really enjoy using it.

Staff handbook under the documents tab is a good feature. It's great to be able to store all our documents and policies in one place.

Very helpful advisers who will support you step by step in tricky situations. They are proactive and will offer to send you templates without you asking.

You do have to monitor if annual leave allowances are correct. Sometimes there can be a glitch in the system and incorrect balances are shown.

I was not sure how to work out alternate Saturday shifts for our Drivers who work one in five Saturdays.

Citrus HR are unable to amend  the system, when requested by their client but sell the product as 'we can make the system suit your organisation and change settings accordingly' This is NOT TRUE.

The software is in a very easy to read format, well laid out with each part easy to access. The ability to switch between team members to update records and save documents is simple and user friendly.

Other than that there's nothing I can think of that is missing.

I like the response support from the team. I also like the use of plain English and real world application to policies.

Easy to use and support staff were fantastic at setting company up and very patient with my queries.

I understand why, but it would be convenient to be able to restrict supervisors to have a small degree of Admin rights.

They have been quick to respond to any requests and were very helpful during the implementation process with getting information entered in a tight timeframe.

I enjoy being able to help review your coworkers, and to give them praises that their supervisor may not always hear about.

We have not had anything like this in our company, and love that we now have that option. Before we would just have to make a note and try to remember at review time.

I like the ability to focus on employee strengths related to organizational values.

Job descriptions are a must have with this system. By setting a go-live date, we've forced ourselves to have to work hard to get these job descriptions done.

The folks at Threads are the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. I have always found them to be available to help me with an issue and solve it quickly.

It could be a bad source of negative energy if some people hide behind their computer screens and leave negative comments.

Look at the functionality of the system and the ease of the navigation and administration. Not sure you will find another that matches it for the price point.

It's great to be able to acknowledge my co-workers. I like the feature that they can see the comment if I want them to.

Opportunity to show or not to show the receiving person their feedback, easy to use, and efficient. I think this is a great product.
