Pros/Cons
Pros
- The experience has been generally quite good. Purchasing the product is easy and the women we have dealt with in getting a PO have been quite responsive and helpful.
- Overall, Clockwork Recruiting is an excellent software and I would recommend to any retained search firm that is looking for a comprehensive project tracking solution.
- We have found the ease of use and ease of setup to be the best features of the product.
Cons
- The only con we have is the loss of some functionality with software updates. For instance, one update eliminated the option of searching two tags at once.
- Its incompatibility with LinkedIn recruiter is a bit annoying given that this software is catered to recruiting.
- Some have found it difficult to access. The interface with LinkedIn is more problematic than it was when I first started using Clockwork.
Pros
- The general experience is perfect, the framework permits us to accomplish such a great deal and assists us with advancing our organization in a positive manner.
- Love how you can view Paid-Time Off, Pay-Stubs, and Valuable Human Resource Information anytime, anywhere, and even on the go. Love the ability to use this software as an HR database.
- The platform's interface is easy to navigate, making it a great option for individuals who prioritize simplicity and ease of use. Overall, Paycor is a reliable tool for direct payment management.
Cons
- They hand your employ a manual, give them a call in center, and call it a day. We had to hire a a separate consultant to guide us through implementation because Paycor failed miserably.
- Horrible time getting answers. Horrible experience in setting up our company in the beginning.
- If not for all the work involved, the loss of history that occurs when you change companies, I'd be out shopping now.
