We were desirous to get away from using Excel during our annual compensation process as well as Word merges for individual comp sheets. This product served both needs extremely well.

The product is able to be customized to our processes and  easy to used by our managers. They listen to suggestions for upgrades and voila, you'll find them as part of future versions.

Overall, it is a big improvement from our old way of managing our merit process via spreadsheets. As a user, it's easy to submit/modify data for my employees.

We have a dedicated partner who is there for support throughout the entire compensation cycle. I've gone through two compensation cycles with Dartican and have had amazing support both times.

The software also makes it easy to keep track of budgets in both local and company currency. I also like the ability to export reports and compensation letters directly from the tool.

If SSO feature isn't invoked, planners can experience difficulty in logging in. It is an important security feature, but can be frustrating.

It’s nice that it’s web based so there isn’t much involved in getting people suing it. The user end is pretty easy to use.

We like all the information/data was shown on the home page. We fill it's a great product for the cost.

Sometimes editing the segments when missing clocking in or out can be confusing.

There are times when employees have trouble punching out due to the sensitivity. This can be changed but they still have issues at times.

The user manual is excellent as well. In over 7 years I have only needed to call tech support once.

Overall, support is great. The product is solid and my clients like the reports they can generate about their employees time.

Its user Friendly, great reports, easy to navigate, make edits, additions. Great support team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

On a few occasions software was slow to load or did not load at all. May have been a problem locally.

We used several budget solutions that didn't work correctly.

I was not properly explained how licensing was charged, invoiced, given no explanation of charges when you ask and the money was withdrawn from my account.

What I like most about TimeClock Plus is the numerous punching choices and the integrations that we can do.

The software itself works DECENT but again the customer service, lack of effort or personalization you receive is thee worst I've experience working with vendor.

My overall experience has been very positive and  works great.

I use it everyday and it is quick and easy to keep track of my time at work.

What I like most about TimeClock Plus is the IOS app. I can quickly and easily clock in and out and view as well as verify my hours.

The employees, all of them, remind me of a family that enjoys spending time together whether it is work or having fun and their customers always come first.

Seamless Integration with our ERP - Infinite Visions has been a big labor saver. The ease of the use of the product for end users is pretty good, with a modern, well designed UI.

Overall we have a good experience with TCP and their customer support is very good.

I like how easy it is to use. I can clock in and out on a computer or phone.

This was a huge upgrade from using timesheets made in Excel. The reporting features are especially great.

I can call anytime with any questions and they help me. I love that it integrates with my payroll software.

Also, I'm not sure if it is with my program in particular, but one personal dislike that I have is that it logs you out too soon. I could use a little more time with the site before it logs me out.
