  • Pros

  • The vendor is very responsive; the price is on the lower end of others we looked at.
  • The software is easy to use, easy to setup, fully customizable and aesthetically pleasing. The 'tag' system, and the ability to incorporate these notes into the formal reviews is a favourite feature.
  • Cons

  • This causes some approvals to get deleted and the process has to restart. The interface is very limited and staff doesn't really use it throughout the year, only during review time.
  • Not sure if it's our HR department or it's the software. We were very confused about the process.

  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.
  • Cons

  • It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
  • We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.
