Web application has more features than mobile app while the users would like to use mobile app more which makes it very annoying.

The only issue I have noticed is sometimes the website loads slowly and few UI issues in the mobile application. I would say it has been a very good experience on an overall level.

Good as a beginner, Can be good option for a larger multinations.

It is helping me to take care of all my HR needs. Hoping this to be an end to end solution.

Sometimes the website is not very interactive, slows down. UI problems in the mobile application.

The software is easy to use and enables to use it for multiple purposes be it for managing attendance or onboarding details.

Vibes feature is good for employee connect. User Friendly - self explanatory for the user.

It has been good so far, and I am gradually finding it easier to use. The problems are usually fixed in 2-3 days which is the best thing so far.

Earlier we were using HR Mantra which was easy for tracking your attendance and leaves but it lacked some major areas where one can use it for their benefits.

Selection of date for attendance requests is bit confusing. Once accidentally current date was updated when I selected a different date in the attendance request form.

Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to navigate the platform, especially when it comes to customizing it to meet my specific needs.

As mentioned in Pros, I just want to say that, I found it very useful and I liked this one a lot.

I personally not found any cons about darwinbox, but sometime found little delayed to open the site may be this problem only with mobile data.

There are a few good things about DarwinBox. It has a good mobile application.

The admin should have the option to view the system generated mails. Functional Structure is very confusing.

Seamless employee appraisal and review mechanism. Many interesting features like internal job postings, employee referral systems are available.

Best thing it has face recognition attendance system and also help you in digital onboarding. All function you can use on your mobile as well.

Sometimes location will be go somewhere else. This is the only negative feedback.

But I found some problems while using DarwinBox. It doesn't notifies the user when a leave is accepted by Manager.

It gives you birthday reminders so youn never miss out on birthday.

DarwinBox has a good interface and is rich in functionalities and features.

Also great to centralise all our p/documents, allowing our HR department not to hold hard copy p/files.

The Rep was very good at supporting the problems we had at the initial phase of upgrade, she was efficient and reacted to all the issues immediately. Please pass my sincere thanks.

This software is easy to use and reliable in order to record clocking in and hours etc as an employee.

A lot of hard work gets undone when upgrades are done that you are not aware of before the upgrade.

Limited usage of color and customized options. Takes time to load with a large amount of data.

Ease of use with timeclocks. The dynamic options in regards to reports.

Versatility of adding multiple approvers. Ability to track and the use of time off accruals.

On the whole Softworks is much better than how we use to work, in support of clocking, payroll, shift planning, holidays, and reports.

Some gaps to functionality that we missed at evaluation stage.

Due to lack of usage, no longer familiar with the set-up or configuration. Therefore so any desired modifications tend not to get implemented.

Easy to train people and makes life very easy with the use of timeclocks for payroll managers with a large hourly population.

The upgrade is visually much better, still early days and we are learning all the tools it offers.
