Ease of use initially, generally the administration of courses etc is easy, the coursebuilder is good too and is getting easier to use with recent updates.

ELMO has the ability to make training and learning in a very user-friendly manner. It is easy to set-up and maintain taring modules and paths.

Already experienced updates that have improved the functionality which is reassuring with product road map. Reporting really visual and easy to understand especially for managers.

If it was not for the 3 year investment I have no doubt that I would have pulled the pin by now. Do not use this as your payroll solution, otherwise you will end up with headache after headache.

There was no audio function to read out texts.

The HR module implementation was great. Very professional as the product delivered what was promised.

One issue was with external training as this was very limited for what we need it for.

The library has provided a good base and saved us a lot of time, effort and costs in the creation of basic courses as we did not have to start from scratch.

Great features and useability. The interactive nature of the system together with the ability for staff to build credits and cash backs is a fantastic incentive.

We have just purchased ELMO and based on my limited experience so far, i have found the system to be easy to use and having packet with features, all in a very small cost.

The contracts module, if not purchasing the recruitment module, is quite clunky and unclear.

Nice colours sales people will tell you anything you want to hear.

The support provided by ELMO during the project implementation phase has been extremely supportive. We are now using the Help Desk and our issues are usually resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

Data migration of learning records very manual but only a one-off pain point.

I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.

We were sold the wrong modules on their recommendation. Nothing worked properly uploading documents function didn't work.

The only way to get answers to questions is through logging a ticket, and this can sometimes take a while to get a response. This can be frustrating when the issue is timely.

The course building application is woefully restricting and dated. We don't use it anymore, and create eLearning modules in a different program to upload into ELMO.

Personally I think the performance review functionality is excellent - but also the HR area for tracking/booking annual leave etc is very easy to follow and use.

I like the integration to my employer's systems and the ease it provided to get there as and when needed.

The main feature that was missing was that it could not integrate with their own HR module which meant that my team would have to double capture any leave requests.

The Course Builder is a great tool with lots of customisation and its easy to use.

It is overall a very good experience and I find it very user friendly.

Keka covered so much ground in Human resource - both recruitment and generalist, they're top 99% for response rate and usability. And the name - well deserved and justified.

There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.

The worst software and even worse customer care.

It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.

The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.

So many options for compression. It's nice to go into the advanced settings and customize nearly every aspect of compression.

And if you contact the customer service for help, they don't know how to help you.

This is very simple to use. Tax calculator is superb.

Recruitment - The two problems I face with Keka hire is not having the option of sending trigger emails which are customized for each stages of the hiring process.

Keka is Good and Affordable Software for HR activities.

I first of all found the UI of software very clumsy, it is very clear no doubt , but it is very populated and use of animal characters in UI like elephant in leave management seems very childish.

With a very competitive price range, it gives a great deal of features to work with. Here are few things I like about Keka.

Overall experience is awesome to use it. Every organization can use this to manage their employee data and other management tools by just one portal.

We depend on it almost every day. Oh, and also, their isopod logo/icon is pretty great too.

Gives breakdown and calculation logic behind tax calculation. Easy interface to input investment declarations.

Can be integrated with other 3rd party software to sync logs of the time.

Finally a product which kept itself apart from boring, complex stereotypes.

Keka is a must use HR software for every company. The payroll system in it is amazing as tax deductions and calculations have been made easy.

Customization is good; it allows you to meet your company's and its users' needs. In this case, KEKA provides software we can customize to fit our current needs.

Love the way their software resolve lot of our pen and paper work and main delight was working with their support team, They had helped me a lot while migrating to cloud payroll.

Keka has some features missing such as workflow management system and files management system.

Our cloud storage at box.com is limited to files under 5gb. Because we often have InDesign source files larger than this, we have to split the archives in order to store them in the cloud.

No self serve set up and onboarding is extremely time consuming. Further there's no way to use parts of the product before wider rollout.

I am pleased with my overall experience with Keka. It is easy to use and stay connected with my team members.

No way to use a subset of features. Onboarding requires filling 25 sheets even if you are looking to use a subset of features.

Leave management is awesome. The tax and payroll module is also nice and integration with clear tax is great.

Keka makes this super easy and is very reliable with great 7zip compression among other multi-part file splitting formats.

Sometimes our employees find it difficult to navigate through the payroll information.

Very easy to navigate, set up. Any issues are solved instantly.

One stop for all the company management stuff.

The Tax Deduction section is a bit complicated but the advantages of Keka overcome this dislike of mine.
