One of the features I value the most is the integration with our HRIS, which helps keep employee data synchronized and reduces manual work for the People Operations team. It also makes processes such as surveys, performance reviews, and employee management much more efficient, and the ability to schedule surveys is also valuable. Cons: One limitation I have noticed is that once a survey has been sent to an employee, there is no simple way to fully cancel or delete it. Having the ability to retract or remove a survey after sending it would be very useful in situations where a survey was triggered by mistake or needs to be adjusted. In some cases, a bit more flexibility around survey management and administration tools would improve the experience for HR teams. From a P&C perspective, it’s a nice balance of strategic insights and practical application. I also LOVE the chatbot - one of the best ones I have used. Cons: One limitation is that it doesn’t support a structured probation review cycle. For organisations that rely on formalised probation check-ins or documented milestones, it means you need to build workarounds or manage it outside the platform, which adds a bit of complexity.
