The setup process has been a disappointing experience.

Not sure how it will scale for a larger company. The are several things that could be annoying when you have to do it for hundreds of people.

The maintaince of employee files and compliance for a rapidly growing hi turnover team of 500+ employees.

We are still in the early stages but overall, the integration of Hero Payroll and Employment Hero will ultimately save us hundreds of hours a year.

I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. Staff find it easy to use.

Generally pretty good customer service. Email support can be a little slow at times.

Most likeable feature we found in the system for our organisation is the easy integration of our Bookkeeping software and the ability to import the payroll journal.

Employment Hero also has so many great special features, and they keep adding to the platform to stay ahead of times and provide value to its costumers.

We are using it more and more to try and spark a passion and drive within the team, through recognition and a sense of appreciation.

It has made onboarding a very easy and paperless. Very supporting staff members, quick response to questions and suggest better way of operating.

Some of the reporting features are not as straightforward as they should be - such as not being able to report on multiple leave types.

There are quite alot of errors and minor features that make is quite hard to use.

Employment Hero is amazing. Not only does the software solve so many problems, the company taht manage it are continually delivering new functionality and services to help business owners & operators.

Too much emphasis is on knowing the hundreds of pages of instructions and features. Timekeeping apps (Clock Me In/Workzone) are simply terrible.

Fantastic, Its easy to use and has saved us time in Onboarding, Timesheets, Leave, Performance Reviews, Safety Reporting and much more.

The onboarding team were amazing. Very easy to get along and use the software.

Integration was easy from the beginning, easy to use which got my vote, definitely love employee benefits and recommend other employer to use, I’ve never experienced an app like this.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, but I can put this down to just still in training.

Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic.

Workflows are sometimes frustrating. Once you've moved on to issuing a contract, you can't 'go back' and change the contract without deleting the entire personnel file and starting again.

That made our cost centre reporting very easy and accurate.

Now that we have worked out the kinks, I'm very excited for how we can use Employment Hero.

Employees cannot see their hours accrued for each pay period. This has been a common complaint in our organization.

So far, the software has been very effective with very few, if any, issues.

The app has error codes. Customer support is horrible.

We usually run into problems while doing payroll, and then we have to wait for them to call us back.

I hate the way the view of the time cards is. Lots of wasted space and it is so slow to load and re-calculate in particular.

Job costing is more accurate. Employees can view their time and approve reducing the amount of time backtracking to find an error.

We find that ExakTime pays for it self plus more. We are super pleased with it.

It integrates with QuickBooks. The reports that we use are vital to billing our clients since they are billed on a time and material basis.

Every time it updates, another problem is created.

The attempt at making this a cloud based product is a complete waste of money.

At the end of the day as a user the app slows me down and can be quite aggravating.

The updates have been better, and faster. This makes payroll a lot easier and keeps employees honest.

Find the numerous amount of options overwhelming and makes it difficult to go straight to what we use.

A Picture snap shop of the person clocking in helps to eliminate ohers clocking in for other employees. It is very helpful to be able to integrate into Quick books.

I like that this software is compatible anywhere and anyone can use it. Once set up is complete it is easy to use and is a great tool for time tracking your employees.

Its been a great and easy transition and not having to collect time cards is a great benefit to us.

The mobile application's ease of use. I love the ability to sort reports by employee, location, cost code and time frame.

This is good for people to keep track of where employees are and to ensure that they are at work when they say they are.

I like the ease of use for the employees. It is very easy to show a new employee how to use the software.

It's very very frustrating. There are other related problems too, such as before if I checked a box for time, but synced or uploaded to a different company, then the time would not go through.

Buggy; issues; causes payroll errors. Changes AM to PM / vise versa - causes times to calculate improperly.

The set up for individual workers is simple, user manual helpful and Customer service outstanding.

This is a great way to track hours worked at different job site locations. You are able to view timecard and payments all in the app.

This product has been very valuable to our company and helpful in managing our employees. I appreciate the ease of use of the product.

Other products on the market cost less and work better.

I love everything about this product, from the ease of use to the support I get if I ever need it. Customer Service is right on any issues I do have and they get them resolved quickly.

Its a great tool to track a large number of employees at multiple locations. Also helps make payroll processing much easier.

So far customer service has been very good, both times I called I spoke with Jeremy Bautista. He was very knowledgable and quick to help, this was very encouraging.

We didn't get to benefit from this software. If it meets your needs it would be a fantastic product.

Its an excellent tool to track time. Its quick as it saves lots of time.

Expensive to integrate with, unstable, breaks frequently (particularly custom integrations), no REST API.

The customer service has been wonderful for a first time user. They help explain things clearly and got me up and running quickly.
