The setup process has been a disappointing experience.

Not sure how it will scale for a larger company. The are several things that could be annoying when you have to do it for hundreds of people.

The maintaince of employee files and compliance for a rapidly growing hi turnover team of 500+ employees.

We are still in the early stages but overall, the integration of Hero Payroll and Employment Hero will ultimately save us hundreds of hours a year.

I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. Staff find it easy to use.

Generally pretty good customer service. Email support can be a little slow at times.

Most likeable feature we found in the system for our organisation is the easy integration of our Bookkeeping software and the ability to import the payroll journal.

It has made onboarding a very easy and paperless. Very supporting staff members, quick response to questions and suggest better way of operating.

Some of the reporting features are not as straightforward as they should be - such as not being able to report on multiple leave types.

There are quite alot of errors and minor features that make is quite hard to use.

Employment Hero is amazing. Not only does the software solve so many problems, the company taht manage it are continually delivering new functionality and services to help business owners & operators.

Too much emphasis is on knowing the hundreds of pages of instructions and features. Timekeeping apps (Clock Me In/Workzone) are simply terrible.

Fantastic, Its easy to use and has saved us time in Onboarding, Timesheets, Leave, Performance Reviews, Safety Reporting and much more.

The onboarding team were amazing. Very easy to get along and use the software.

Integration was easy from the beginning, easy to use which got my vote, definitely love employee benefits and recommend other employer to use, I’ve never experienced an app like this.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, but I can put this down to just still in training.

Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic.

Workflows are sometimes frustrating. Once you've moved on to issuing a contract, you can't 'go back' and change the contract without deleting the entire personnel file and starting again.

That made our cost centre reporting very easy and accurate.

Now that we have worked out the kinks, I'm very excited for how we can use Employment Hero.

Simple features that can be modified to the specific needs of a company. It looks good and is easy for all users - a huge time saver.

Love that it is simple and employees are able to pick up on it immediately. Customer service is great at responding to any questions and helping you complete any task you may need help with.

It's inability to cater to very specific needs.

PurelyHR was great to use as an employee. I don't know why we switched products - but it is what it is.

I have always had amazing support with the TimeOffManager. This was the first purchase I ever made for my company and I am really happy with it.

The experience was poor as if lacked many features and was overpriced compared to other software and ultimately went a different direction.

The ease of use and the ability to only use the time-off portion of the software. Also the ability to access it from everywhere and any device.

PurelyHR has a simple interface and is easy to use, both in terms of administration and end user input. It helps us keep track of more complex needs, such as overtime, for certain staff members.

We did a survey of available tools and found that PurelyHR suited our needs and was easy for us as well as our employees to use.

It is easy to make changes to time once it has been entered and it allows a multiple level approval process for granting time off.

Too many errors with multi-day requests so days off are requested to be one at a time to avoid wrong totals to balance.

It would be nice to integrate a time sheets tracking system in the future that is equally easy to use. Customer service has been very good as well, they usually reply right away.
