Pros/Cons
Pros
- Our account representative is extremely responsive and answers questions promptly. The confidence on eSkill support is solid and as we move forward more that is a great peace of mind.
- The integration was very easy and the representatives at eSkill were most effective on educating us on the best use of the system for our needs.
- I enjoy the ease of scheduling and purchasing the skill evaluators. Also, my service representative has always been very helpful in picking the test that will fit best.
Cons
- The actual questions were quite poor. The first time we used it, it we had misunderstood something so our candidate had 2 minutes for the entire test instead of each question.
- Also, when trying to change the order of the questions within a test, the inability to move blocks of questions, instead having to move one question at a time.
- I did have some issues at the beginning with cookies and it was frustrating because it would not allow me to view tests we had created.
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- It has a rich feature set, and is fairly easy to set-up. Working within the software is intuitive, and the Rippling support team is responsive, helpful, and friendly.
- I can easily get to all other applications needed, the integration functionality is great. Super helpful and user friendly.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
