More than just a survey tool

Overall it has been a very positive experience with Fortay. They continually add new products and features. They are very responsive to customer requests and questions

PROS

Fortay has a large product suite that covers everything from Recruitment to Employee Engagement and DEI. The tool is customizable and the customer service is excellent

CONS

Sometimes the log in as an admin can be glitchy

The tools help our leaders understand where they need to focus their efforts and what they need to do to improve the employee experience and engagement through driver analysis, detailed recommendations, and action plans

There's so much to love with Fortay's products. First, they lead with DEI, and we view DEI success as key to our growth. The tools are very easy to use due to their intuitive and visually appealing design. All products are built to deliver high ROI and impact. Our leaders are empowered by their team's results and their 360 feedback on how to increase team performance and lead with inclusion. The analysis happens in real-time, so no waiting around for the results. You can drill down into your results, apply demographic segmentation easily, understand your focus areas, and get the most comprehensive recommendations for your action plans. Reports are an easy click away, and you can download the raw data at any time while supporting anonymity! And their customer success is second to none with their exceptional level of support!

CONS

I can't think of anything in particular. They are always asking for feedback to improve and progress the platform - and deliver! Their people analytics, leadership development, and ERG effectiveness provide significant value to us, our culture, and our internal HR and DEI teams.

Fortay is iterating and further developing their tool so there were occasional bugs related to sending out the survey, slack integrations, etc. Any bugs that we flagged received prompt and personalized attention from the Fortay team

We use Fortay to prescreen job applicants and also monthly to measure our teams engagement.

Pre screening for culture fit with new job applicants as well as engagement monitoring for our current team

PROS

The Engagement tool is great for us to keep a pulse on how the team is feeling and how engagement changes over time and through our companies changes. We also love the open ended comments, as we get insight that we may not otherwise get.

CONS

There are often bugs (which is par for the course with any start up) but this is always immediately remedied by the team at Fortay. Customer Success is very important to them!
