The customer service is by far the best feature, as they're responsive even after hours and always willing to help.

GoCo has been a great addition to our HR department. It does a nice job of holding employee information, payroll, benefits, employee handbook and notes can be entered, as well.

I liked how accessible the service was via computer and mobile, particularly the user interface.

Overall the customer service and care has been amazing and this is a company that is continuously growing and adapting.

The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.

The open enrollment saved myself and my HR manager over a month of traveling to administer benefits across 4 states.

Also, employees can only view their annual leave calendar on a monthly basis rather than being able to view the whole year in one go.

An example of this is the annual leave which with our employees working various 2 week shift patterns has been difficult.

I like that it's cloud based, mostly user friendly and user intuitive, so setup is easy, instructions are good enough.

It is great that the software has a recruitment function. We look forward to handling our internal recruitment on this.

The program is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, yet it can be used to accomplish an enormous amount and is highly flexible.

Not only was there a lot of difficulties getting people assigned correctly (including separating the values of admin profiles vs employee profiles) but the recruiting integrations did not work well.
