Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall the customer service and care has been amazing and this is a company that is continuously growing and adapting.
- I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
- Overall, it's a great tool. I'd be interested in trying more of its features if my organization decides to adopt them.
Cons
- Very dishonest sales practices. Absolutely would stay away from this product as there are reputable and functional alternatives available.
- The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.
- From my perspective, Goco is suffering new-startup syndrome where they overloaded their staff and make promises they can't possibly deliver.
Pros
- Good tracking of candidate status and good quality questions are available. There are even options to produce your own questions, should you require some more specialised testing.
- Easy to get effective questions to candidates. The content is relevant, the times are realistic, and my team is confident in how it reflects abilities.
- Overall has been very good in helping us vet candidates before we interview.
Cons
- Very few configuration options to customize notifications. Lack of department structure in user management.
- Question bank has very less number of questions. If I have to assess more candidates, I have to repeat same questions due to lack to availability of new questions.
- Many instructions are unclear or broken up on the screen.
