Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- The program is easy to use both for administrators and students. It gives input to the students on their teaching techniques.
- I appreciate its integration with Learning Management Systems to offer a cohesive add-on platform for blended instruction and creating high quality asynchronous instruction for learners.
Cons
- Students sometimes block the camera's view. I have warned each semester about making sure the position the patient in a way the instructor can have an unobstructed view.
- I do feel that it was frustrating in the beginning because I would forget to set it up completely after linking it to Blackboard.
