I like the ability to see the progress of hiring across disciplines and teams. Greenhouse also outlines each step of an interviewee's journey which I find very helpful.

Everything about this ATS is perfect for our company. It is great with posting to job boards and tracking candidates is so easy.

We evaluated all big names but at the end Greenhouse could convince with the best functionality, usability and service. It offers the best price-performance ratio.

This product is not as customizable as other products we have used. However, I don't have anything particularly negative.

The other plus of Greenhouse is that it's super customizable so with enough research and energy you can get it to do mostly anything you want it to do.

One of the things I like about it best is the ability to share job vacancies using integrations with LinkedIn and other social media for automated sharing job postings.

Greenhouse is a great option for SaaS-based recruiting software that is easy to onboard users and get people collaboratively working with applicants.

It is time-consuming to set up and it can be difficult for your hiring managers to get used to the process.

The lack of the ability to customize the review report is frustrating at times.

In  my view Greenhouse provides the ability to streamline the recruitment process whilst offering staff the chance to get engaged in the process to attract and hire the best talent.

It was hard for me to understand at first what exact contents i was missing and needed to add.

Sometimes can be confusing when there are a couple of boards with the same tasks but one is Kanban and other is Scrum.

This program is easy to use, very user-friendly.

It is such a simple program to use and very easy to navigate through.

I had a hard time moving from each module of my evaluation.

In addition, this software has a beautiful user interface and it is easy to use as it also integrates very well with our other platforms including our accounting platform.

We have always had great customer service when we have needed to call the support department for help. Everyone is always very kind, patient, and helpful.

Performance Pro offers a very easy Administrator platform which is a plus for the HR person who wears many hats like myself. Plus Performance Pro is reasonably priced and won't break the bank.

Sometimes it was confusing on getting to your appraisal to evaluate your factors.

Reviews are saved automatically and there were not random glitches in the software.

I also find that in the right cultural environment, the device eliminates squabbling and claims of unfair or special treatment of staff.

Performance Pro provides activity dashboards, customizable templates, writing assistance, and reporting. Behaviorally anchored rating scales measure competencies.
