  • Pros

  • They even don't mind going extra mile to make sure their customer are satisfied. It has easy to use functionality which supports majority of the requirement of HR department.
  • Overall it is Good to go, user friendly and video explanation is inbuilt.
  • Cons

  • Found lot of errors in IT computation set up especially FBP and Gratuity.
  • No email integration facility for notifications system.

  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.
  • Cons

  • It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
  • We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.
