I can schedule interviews and manage the process with ease. It is a real game changer for me, particularly with the amount of job boards it populates. Very impressed! Cons: THis is probably user error since I am only a month in on the platform, but I haven't found a rule that I can use to block out interviews. Such as no change to scheduled interviews the day of, or something like that. I look at and calendarize my interviews the day before and before I start the work day, but once I'm in the workday, a candidate can change or add an interview in that I am not aware of since I silence notifications during interviews. And within a month of using HigherMe, we've already had a full return on our investment. Cons: It would be nice if we could remove the time availability block for certain jobs and like to be able to customize the FitScore criteria based on factors we designate.
