HireVue

HireVue is a cloud-based Human Resource Management *HRM) solution that helps businesses functionality to conduct video interviews with candidates. The solution allows job candidates to complete interview questions via an online video interface. HireVue allows recruiters to curate specific interview questions for each open role, and when a promising candidate applies, recruiters can then send these questions to the applicant. The applicant then records his or her answers using HireVue and sends their responses back to the recruiter, which are then reviewed by them.
