Pros/Cons
Pros
- Thanks to this, users can learn the functions of the tool themselves and start using it very quickly. What is worth of appreciation is the outstanding customer service.
- For a tool that I use every day at work, it gives me good user experience. I like the non-invasive interface, clear display of most important data, and that I can access all the info in one place.
- Our company is trying to be more eco-friendly - we are leaving behind all the paper-based solutions - well, as much as it's possible. And HRnest is a great help with that.
Cons
- No native app, lack of module to communicate with emploey.
- Rather, I have no objection to the operation of the system.
- No mobile app - only the mobile site access. There should be more types of reports and variables to choose from.
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- It has a rich feature set, and is fairly easy to set-up. Working within the software is intuitive, and the Rippling support team is responsive, helpful, and friendly.
- I can easily get to all other applications needed, the integration functionality is great. Super helpful and user friendly.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
