Instaff offers a dedicated portal for employees that provides access to pay stubs and tax deductions, and also allows them to submit tax forms online. A centralized admin portal allows users to store and access documents such as employee contracts, vacation requests, business policies, standard procedures and more.
Users can set document access permissions to make them accessible only to specific departments or individuals. Employee directories can be searched based on name, department or title. Employees can update their profile information including email addresses, phone numbers, office location and more. Additionally, InStaff let users broadcast company-wide announcements. It supports integration with various payroll and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions like Sage and QuickBooks.
InStaff is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.
