Jobvite makes scheduling easy

I would choose Jobvite to use as an ATS again, I think it's useful.

Pros

I like the features in Jobvite, it makes it easy for recruiting coordinators to schedule and for interviewers to know what is going on.

Cons

I think that reporting in Jobvite could be better, I wish it was more of a platform.

Helps our Recruiting Needs as a Small Business

It gets the job done and it's useful for us as a small business to have a place where people can apply online without building our own application process on our website. It's simple for applicants to fill out, but it is time-consuming on our end to get the applications ready.

Pros

I like that you are able to put pretty much anything and everything on the screening forms. So many other software/websites make their application so simplistic that we barely get any information from our candidates other than a resume. We have a full application that we like our candidates to fill out so it is nice to be able to put all the questions we want on the screening form. It's also a convenient way to keep all of our recruiting needs in one spot.

Cons

It's not as user-friendly as I would like it. Creating the screening forms is very time-consuming. It's difficult to be able to delete requisitions or candidates which I understand, but at the same time, it would be useful to have. I inherited the software from our previous HR rep and there were so many things that were incorrect and what not and it's really difficult to clean up requsitions. I'd also prefer if we could turn off the general application as we get so many resumes for positions that sometimes don't even exist.

Jobvite for Marketing

Pros

The features used in Jobvite's Engage are easy to understand and use.

Cons

The only limiting feature, I found, was the source code view. It minifies the code and is difficult to read/edit. I would like Jobvite to incorporate a more robust tool for that, similar to Drupal and other tools.

Jobvite Use - Amazing!

Jobvite allows me to keep all candidate information and documents in one place, making my time used to be more efficient. Also, the reports portion of the website has made pulling information for my company that much quicker and easier.

Pros

It is easy to navigate, which is important for first time users like myself.

Cons

There have been times that the site is slow or down for some reason, which makes it very hard for me to do my job.

Great ATS!

Overall, great experience and useful for us.

Pros

Easy to use! I am able to customize it easily to match our process. I am also able to pull reports. Very user-friendly.

Cons

It can me slow some days. Customer service tells you to clear your cookies and it should fix the problem. There were about 2 times in the last year and a half where that didn't work, so it took time to fix.

Get the most ATS Bang for your buck.

Pros

JobVite was easy to set up and administer. It easily integrated to our website and the support options are fantastic!

Cons

none that I can think of, id love to have advanced scheduling abilities added so that candidates can self book and text message abilities too

Good but needs improvement

I've seen better software than Jobvite. It does most of the applicant managing tasks but not very reliable.

Pros

It has an excellent layout which is very easy to use and navigate. I can use it even without tutorials.

Cons

The reports need a lot of improvement. It sometimes hangs while I'm working. And not very flexible for modifications.

Overall, I'd say average. The frustrations tend to outweigh the benefits and the customer service is the only things that dampens the frustration.

not great. good architecture for a ATS, but the functionality does not follow through.

Pros

I get what you were trying to do. Integrating with LinkedIn was a good idea. Syncing with Google calendars was a good idea.

Cons

The previously mentioned functions do not work. When you open a ticket with customer service, nothing happens. buggy and slow. formatting on resumes coming in gets all messed up. Mobile app is not a mobile app.
