Great product

Pros

Jobvite is a fantastic recruiting software that Easy to log in candidate information. It is very easy to use and has very user friendly features that gives u access to easily navigate. Great program.

Cons

As a program it is not perfect. Sometimes has its short comings. I believe there is more room for improvement through updates as it would be great if there are more features and functionality.
Aside that great product. The organisation loves so I love it.

Information at my fingertips

Pros

I really like the Jobvite platform. It's an easy and effective way to view profiles, referrals, reviews, and resumes of potential candidates. I also like how you can see where a certain candidate is at in the hiring process.

Cons

Sometimes the app is a little difficult to navigate, but I'm not in system daily. It's nothing that I can't workout myself.

A great job management tool!

Pros

Jobvite is just great... make it easy to post, promote, share, and apply for jobs. integrates well with business and social media platforms.

Cons

Users need to be wise with their job sharing settings, as to avoid being spammy. More of a user problem though, as Jobvite lets the user have control over this.

Great tool for working with candidates

Pros

Have used Jobvite when working with a few nonprofits to select and screen applicants. Like many of the tools out there, it has a very intuitive interface and lots of good content for your hiring and human resources management professionals

Cons

Sometimes the system can be clunky from the manager and admin standpoint. Candidates and first line users have not really complained.

Have used Jobvite in past contract. This is a newer version and is much improved

Pros

This version--the workflows are much improved. The movement from the various modules is fast and the application is more intuitive than in past versions. Social media links are solid,

Cons

The only issue I have with this version is the continued "missing link"...of interoperability with Outlook wit Email, Calendar, and Task functionality. There are a number of AT systems, HRI systems and a couple of proprietary systems with which I've worked that have this feature. This one addition would really be helpful.

Jobvite has made it easy to be much more streamlined.

Pros

Using this software has made it easy to recruit using social media. I also like that it schedules interviews as well as being easy to use for the candidate.

Cons

It is a little time consuming to get your applications up. The site has gone down a couple of times which is annoying. Overall though a pretty good experience!

Nice ATS with good interface and user friendly, less assistance required to use this ATS.

Jobvite is for good ATS for giants company and clients.

Pros

The UI of Jobvite is very nice, this is very easy to use and understand. We can post job through JobVite on different job boards for good result. the responsiveness of applicants is also frequent. good application for recruitment (sourcing new candidate, managing the data, job posting).

Cons

The template for job posting is very limited and we can not customise the job posting through Jobvite. this features need to be update. and the customer support need to work on their quality- willing to get the resolution.

- very intuitive, easy to use and with a nice modern interface. it does not take long to learn how to use it, and takes the stress out of hiring new recruits

- their customer service is difficult to deal with. The main concern is the method of communication - you must log in to speak to them rather than just converse through email.

More of a Rolodex than ATS

Not great. There are better ATS platforms out there but if you aren't a very large company that needs a robust system, then this will work.

Pros

The Pros for this platform are not much...you can easily enough navigate without having to do a tutorial. But that's about it.

Cons

Reporting is very weak. Customer support is not the easiest and don't try to ask about integrating with another system because we asked for this for about 6 months and got absolutely nowhere.

I find jobvite to work well with a ton of applications being live, the requisition ID allows your to show which candidate position you are sharing.

Best way to manage hiring process!

We used to have trouble managing job postings across multiple platforms and it was hard for different hiring managers to work with HR to know if they had candidates. Everyone was on a different page or doing their own approach to hiring and we weren't getting the right candidates. Now everyone can log in to one interface for quick and easy updates across every job.

Pros

I like being able to track candidates throughout the process from where the candidate found us to where in the application stage they are, Jobvite gives so much usable information and makes hiring the right candidate easy! Jobvite easily syncs within our website we are able to have jobs display across our site and easily update them in Jobvite. I can create custom links for social media to track how different jobs are drawing in candidates.

Cons

My one con is that I cannot customize automated social media postings to employee's profiles by job. It's a great feature to have and would be even better if I could write custom text for each job.

Easy to implement

Pros

Easy to work with with, and get going in a short amount of time. Meetings can be weekly or biweekly if you want up an running sooner.

Cons

Not the products fault but when you are on implementation calls you will be with other companies. I wasnt a fan of this. I would like it just for our company. US and Canada shouldnt be mixed.
