Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall I have had a good experience with Jobvite and I really like how we are able to post positions simultaneously to all the best job boards.
- It's robust, loads quickly, allows for you to move through candidates and requisitions fairly easily and has good reporting that will hopefully grow even more robust.
- I like the software because it is user friendly and it helped me a lot. It helps me to look for a job when I need it and keep track of various work opportunities.
Cons
- It only took me a few extra clicks to figure it out, but this is a warning.
- Additionally, the implementation model is a challenge, as there is no single person accountable to keeping the project on track.
- One thing that can be frustrating is the number of clicks needed to view a full application, in terms of seeing the application information and the full resume in one readable page or document.
Pros
- I personally have really enjoyed using Recruiterflow. It is very user friendly and the different functions are easy to learn and the reports are very helpful for company tracking purposes.
- I love the user friendliness and effectivity of Recruiterflow - they are always looking for ways to improve the software and the automation of it makes my job a lot easier.
- The ease of use, the front end appearance is very easy to navigate. All of the features that you would expect and want from an efficient and well designed CRM/AMS are there, and at a great price.
Cons
- When i upload the candidates profile (add candidate), the system always read the wrong telephone number from the resume.
- Bulk movement of stages. A lot of my non recruiterflow emails are getting labelled "recruiterflow" on my headout gmail account and that's a real problem too.
- Tabs are on either ends so it's slightly hard. Check Greenhouse maybe for UI.
