  • Pros

  • The software has helped us improve processes. Kortivity is easy to use and the team at Kortivity is the best at making sure the transfer from a prior ATS is seamless.
  • Their team has been amazing in not only helping with training and issues, but they are fantastic in making changes and additions to their product based on customer needs.
  • Like any new system we had learning curves, but the customer support has been outstanding.
  • Cons

  • I am no longer a slave to extra charges, unusable features and frustration at every turn.
  • Nothing really to report at this point. Anytime there is a bug to fix, we have direct access to the key players and the problem is fixed.
  • Most pages require a series of click throughs to actually get to the page you're looking for. The filter function is hit or miss and sometimes mis-captures words.

  • The ability for other employees to maintain their own schedule is excellent.
  • Excellent scheduling tool that improves productivity.
  • I use daily shift assignments a lot and would love to pick which columns to use (add employee code, remove notes). I would also really appreciate a log/history on the shifts.
  • Cons

  • Snapschedule is somewhat difficult to read as all its characters are not divided by space, so identifying a particular unit is difficult.
  • The price on this software was a little high. Also a little confusing to explain to others that use it.
  • After changing a shift I can no longer see what it used to be.
