Pros/Cons
Pros
- Fantastic - everyone from tech support to our implementation team, customer success representative are so helpful.
- What I enjoy most about Lattice is the ability to automate things. As a smaller HR team, it is great to utilize a platform that can perform tasks and streamline them.
- I love literally everything about Lattice. It's intuitive, it's easy to navigate, the platform is wonderful, the customer support is amazing, the Help Chat with real live people is incredibly useful.
Cons
- Incredibly hard to use to do basic things. E.g. Trying to find my team member's one on one notes is hard as it defaults to my up level manager.
- Nothing I have to complain about here. I also don't use it as much as the other software, so if I find anything down the line, I'll update my review.
- When reviewing other people, there is no mechanism for the reviewer to choose the fields / questions to comment on.
Pros
- From the ease of implementation, ability to personalize the set up of the performance process to fit our needs and culture, and the ease of use by managers and employees - All were exceptional.
- Kudos to the great customer services and the excellent guidance from. They were kind and no matter how much I asked the same questions they always help me with the process.
- I like that it is organized and user friendly. Evaluations can be hard to keep track of so this is a very nice asset to have.
Cons
- Everybody hated our performance review process.
- I see a lot of companies start huge and they lose control of the systems, then their efforts become a negative, bad-tasting initiative to the team members.
- We found it difficult to format the text boxes with some symbols, bullets, etc.
