Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Motus is great since we can add geofence, give us a great trip history report. Motus also helps us with gas price difference.
  • The software is intuitive and very easy to use.
  • Cons

  • The phone number is hidden and I've never waited less than a half hour on hold. Emailing for help is excruciatingly slow and painful.
  • My complaints are the same as virtually ever other users' complaints.

  • It integrates with QuickBooks. The reports that we use are vital to billing our clients since they are billed on a time and material basis.
  • A Picture snap shop of the person clocking in helps to eliminate ohers clocking in for other employees. It is very helpful to be able to integrate into Quick books.
  • Cons

  • Employees cannot see their hours accrued for each pay period. This has been a common complaint in our organization.
  • The app has error codes. Customer support is horrible.
