One of the Best Platforms at Great Pricing
The Multirater Surveys platform allowed me to use it for 100 managers seamlessly. We created pre and post-assessments and the comparative report gave us useful insights with regard to the impact of our program. We would highly recommend this for users who want to run surveys with their teams and people. The best part of the experience was the responsiveness from the team and the support from my point of contact.
CONSThe least liked feature was making changes to the published survey. Once published, we had to go into individual surveys and make the change. It would be great to have some batch processing/editing tools.

The multi rater survey system are an excellent tool for evaluation
Perception is not always reality and apart from providing an easy but detailed picture of all facets of an employee's performance and suitability for a particular role. Further they generally provide a very clear picture of a teams' performance. The only criticism we would have is that an individual scores are excessively low or high for that matter it can sometime skew the overall results. Having said that no system is absolutely "foolproof" and the results should be carefully reviewed and the anomalies at either end of the range accounted for. This is not an onerous task and is a very useful exercise in itself. While the results are anonymous if their are scores that are extreme it generally means that the person scoring has not had the scoring sufficiently explained by their supervisor or manager which in itself is another measure of performance

Great Fit & Support For Our Needs
Multirater team has been extremely supportive and agile in adapting to our needs, and have also consulted us on certain requirement, which was very helpful.
PROSThe ease of use and customizability to match our needs.
CONSOur biggest challenge is that there are no Arabic language capabilities, which we had to work around.
