Responses from customer support can be slow, especially if the issue is very complex. It would help to receive regular updates even if no progress has been made. Cons: I would love if there was more reporting in Perform and customized dashboards for supervisors upon login. On the supervisor end they have to click around to access statuses of current evaluations opposed to having a quick dashboard upon login. It is easy from an admin level to access but something more user friendly for supervisors I think would engage them even more.
