They are constantly evolving so any suggestions end up being fixed before there's a problem.

My favorite feature is the search for certain date frame. Has saved me so much time when running payroll.

I have tried other programs, time clocks, punch clocks, etc. This is by far the best system at a very affordable cost.

The interface is great on the admin side. Our employees have liked the ease of use.

Works great with Quickbooks. Anytime I had to call to ask questions, they answered right away and were able to answer my questions.

I worse problem is older employees who have challenges with technology not wanting to use it. I have one employee I let do a paper time sheet.

Time tracking with employees is easy but integration into a payroll software is not quite there yet.

This software is great and very inexpensive. For out company use it is the best bang for the buck.

The dashboard can be confusing upon first starting. There's a learning curve, maybe clunky design.

Submitting PTO time to be approved can be done in less than five steps. And the ease of clocking in and out makes using ontheclock worth it.

It is super easy and very cost effective. Would definitely use in the future should the need arise.

I think some of the toggles in the settings are confusing.

The biggest problem I had before using On The Clock was not knowing how many hours my employees where working and it was a guessing game.

There are errors, random (i may add) that happen from time to time which is very annoying when using the phone app. It needs a lot of work from their development team.

Its an easy to use software which helps you to easily clock in and out, easy to schedule time offs and share with others.

They also have amazing customer service which they make personal and memorable.

I am most pleased with the ease of their system and the broad availability of reports. Additionally, their customer service exceeds my expectations every time.

Overall, I like Paychex Flex. This allows me to not have to contact HR for minor questions, like, what do my benefits say about the deductible or requesting time off from my manager.

Having everything in one space including payroll, HR and reporting is a fantastic concept. It's very easy to enter payroll for your administration and flex is a very self-guided program.

Being able to integrate all of the information you need access to prevents a lot of headaches.

For the most part, Paychex Flex is a wonderful integrated HRIS product. It is truly full cycle, from recruiting to succession planning, training, through the end of employment.

Love that it keeps up with the time. Facial recognition has been integrated for the users and that is wonderful.

I like the general ease of use that this software offers. I have had favorable experiences with my current payroll account manager.

What I like most about Paychex Flex is the payroll management and tracking segment of the website. The new updates provide a fresh clean look and everything is extremely easy to find.

Customer service is horrible. Prices are extremely high.

Loved that they took all the background Payroll processes like Taxes, YearEnd forms (W2 & 1099). Found that there was a lot that you can utilize on the platform.

Definitely happy with it and very useful. It's great to have the option to use the time card feature on my computer.

How easily the software/app is to use & how very helpful their customer service agents are, also the price is inexpensive compared to other companies.

The lack of information from the company and lack of editing use for the app.

3 Weeks after cancelling no one called and they had the audacity to not only try and bill us but add charges because they tried to pull from our bank for payroll and we cut them off.

The customer service is terrible. Our account rep is changed  every few months and we are not notified until we try to process payroll and find the other person is gone.

It was a very simple system, and we were very pleased with what it offered.

Paychex made multiple errors with my account from initial implementation. Company charged higher than quoted invoice fees and was difficult to get a response from my specialist.

Overall, it's been a great experience. I would highly recommend this to others.

I've really enjoyed the Paychex Flex app in my years of usage. Like I've said before, it's incredibly easy to navigate and view stubs, tax information, etc.
