Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I loved the user experience and the way it allows you to measure progress on goals and responsibilities. The way that makes the info available it's a great value for the organization

  • We can ask review from any of our colleagues. We can get clear feedback from supervisor. We can schedule one on one from insights itself with peers.

  • Cons

  • Notifications after completing review would be added.

  • The reporting function is slightly behind where I'd like it to be but I know that they are working on solutions for that.

  • Pros

  • Great customer service and tech support. Will help solve any issues within hours. Jerry and the TAM staff are great!

  • So easy to use, the support team is so easy to work with, responds quickly, and very helpful.

  • Cons

  • The reporting features were adequate, but perhaps not as easy to use as other vendors/ ATS.

  • You have to pay the monthly fees on months where you do not post the ads. Its a continuous subscription.
