Pros/Cons
Pros
- Definitely happy with it and very useful. It's great to have the option to use the time card feature on my computer.
- The system is easy to use and is full of helpful information to ensure our business is on track and compliant. There are helpful FAQ's that allow you to navigate to any report you need.
- Love that it keeps up with the time. Facial recognition has been integrated for the users and that is wonderful.
Cons
- 3 Weeks after cancelling no one called and they had the audacity to not only try and bill us but add charges because they tried to pull from our bank for payroll and we cut them off.
- Therefore, the PTO is always wrong. The option is available to take the PTO off of pay stubs, but the wrong amount of PTO is still visible on everyone’s individual accounts.
- The value of the product for features offered and lack of customer service provided is unacceptable when newer offerings are available.
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- Rippling makes dealing with employee management easy and fun. I very much enjoyed the streamlined nature of the product and how easy it is to understand.
- It is very easy to use and the features and tools it offers are superb and easily understood by the user. It is a Great product at a very decent price.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
