Pros/Cons
Pros
- The general experience is perfect, the framework permits us to accomplish such a great deal and assists us with advancing our organization in a positive manner.
- Love how you can view Paid-Time Off, Pay-Stubs, and Valuable Human Resource Information anytime, anywhere, and even on the go. Love the ability to use this software as an HR database.
- The platform's interface is easy to navigate, making it a great option for individuals who prioritize simplicity and ease of use. Overall, Paycor is a reliable tool for direct payment management.
Cons
- They hand your employ a manual, give them a call in center, and call it a day. We had to hire a a separate consultant to guide us through implementation because Paycor failed miserably.
- Horrible time getting answers. Horrible experience in setting up our company in the beginning.
- If not for all the work involved, the loss of history that occurs when you change companies, I'd be out shopping now.
Pros
- Jo at Tazio is fantastic, she is a real asset and deals with an queries promptly. Its relatively easy to use and its good that as an admin am I able to reset questions for the candidates.
- Great Customer Service staff. Excellent library of help information.
- Very good software, easy to follow and understand. Each drop down is very quick and helpful.
Cons
- Once you publish a project you cannot amend (you have to duplicate and republish). Currently heavily using Flash which is becoming unsupported by Chrome in Dec 2020.
- Constant log in problems with candidates/assessors. Constant bugs with downloading reports.
- It is also not widely known about these until you speak to the customer service team so external candidates/assessors/colleagues think the system is broken.
