Great Platform for Employee Recognition
Recognizing my peers for their contributions has never been easier! In this remote world, gone are the days of buying someone a coffee or lunch for their work, so being able to quickly award them a badge that they can redeem for what they want most is so lovely. We're engaging and sharing praise more than we would otherwise.
CONSThere is nothing I dislike about this software.

Recognize for performance management
I would recommend using this system as it has increased engagement with our employees and generated a way of celebrating success across all of our sites.
PROSReally liked how easy it is to use and integrate with Workplace by Facebook. This has made an open platform for recognition of employees and joins our multiple sites together. This gives a wider audience allowing a wider share of success & ideas, which ultimately grows our people asset and increases value to the business.
CONSMy only niggle is with the mobile app not being able to post and having to use the web based version. This may well be an account business account issue which we are yet to resolve.

Uniformed Recognition that is easy to use
The transition to using this platform across our organization was easy and so much support was provided.
PROSI love that we have now been able to recognize our employees in every different department in a uniform fashion. We used to have different recognition programs between departments with little corporate oversight.
CONSI haven't found anything about Recognize that I don't like.

Review of Recognize
I like recognizing others and I like to be recognized. It's a great way to reach out to fellows across the organization to praise, thank and support others. I like that the managers also receive notice about the recognition.
PROSAbility to recognize a team member for help and to let them know they are appreciated.
CONSSpell check could be a great feature. Really not sure that their are cons.

Excellent Program
Recognize offers a quick and easy way to recognize and show appreciation to fellow colleagues. This helps create a more positive work atmosphere and makes employees feel seen and valued. The points can be redeemed for a large variety of gift cards or used for donation!
CONSSome of the badges can be confusing to understand.
