I think the calendar with everyone's birthday is amazing. Of course, the time off and tasks are just added bonuses in my opinion.

The ease of use and prioritization of the to-do list was great.

It's easy to use with simple navigation. Document management is a great feature to get me onboard and keep track of my documents.

Onboarding and offboarding has been enhanced in both companies I've implemented Sapling. The integrations have saved not only the People/HR team time, but other teams too.

I Liked how user friendly the software was. I like the step by step walk throughs and it was very straight forward.

Onboarding for my new job and it was super easier and cool to use Sapling to create all the required forms and my employment profile. So much easier and quicker than filling out forms by hand.

I liked how beautiful the UI was and how seamless it felt to go through the process.

Overall it was a great onboarding experience. Fun and easy to understand.

Also, if an email is scheduled to go out a few days in the future, there's no way to edit or make changes to the scheduled email once you've onboarded the new hire.

The integration of several things by making and using our own templates for internal online system if wonderful. The control mechanism is improved at our end after using its google app.

The once things that I dislike the most is the delay in responses from Customer Support. There are many times where I have had to send multiple emails and days will go by before a response is given.

Quality of being customizable is very fascinating. Organograms are also very attractive and informative.

I like a lot this software because of its features. It gives you everything you need to help the HR department stay organized and track their data.
