WebHR is a cloud-based human resource management solution that helps organizations manage their employees' employment lifecycle, from the time they were hired to retirement. The solution merges functionalities provided by human resource and information technology departments in one suite.

WebHR has a built-in messenger that allows users to collaborate and discuss issues surrounding workplace productivity. The solution enables employees to input their attendance, apply for paid time off, submit reimbursement requests and submit their resignation.

Additionally, WebHR offers features like personnel tracking, payroll with multi-currency and multilingual support, benefits administration, applicant tracking, applicant sourcing, onboarding, and performance review. With the time and attendance feature managers can track their employees hours and the system integrates with biometric devices such as finger scanning or card readers.

WebHR offers a mobile application for iOS and Android devices for remote usage. It is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via online chat, phone and email.

i have a good experience with this WebHr Software, i have been using this software for 2 years, Its Really good user friendly software, easy way to use and save the lot of time and save the papers also. Easy way to maintain the payroll and payslips . Overall its a good software, i will suggest everyone .

Pros

The Main thing is Its a user Friendly software, It can be used very easy way ,even new employee also understand the easy way. payroll Generation, Payslips creation, Leave Request Options are very easy and simple in WebHr . Very Easy way to sharing the data and adding employee in WebHr.

Cons

Sometimes WebHr Software taking a lot of loading time, Even App also Little bit slow down, Needed to be performance improvement .Remaining everything was good.

My favorite when its coming to HRM

Pros

You will never lose your data because of cloud system.
All the functions and components are there. Ex: Salary, Leaves etc.

Cons

Cons

Personally I have no qualms, yet I see a fault for users who prefer a more simplistic approach to doing day to day activities due to the excess tabs and modules. I can see it being confusing to some employees.

Would be great if everything worked.

It has everything we needed for our HR software! It, also, has a very modern look, customizable, and fairly easy to use.

Cons

First, I've had problems with almost every module. If everything operated the way it's supposed to without having to contact support about it, it would, without a doubt, be the best one out there. However, that isn't the case. Also, support is TERRIBLE! I've waited over 2 weeks to get a solution to a support ticket. They've recently started using the support chat feature, which is great; but, the customer service isn't the best.

Good looking HR Management tool

Pros

First impression I got from this tool was the design. I am a big fan of flat design and UX in general - the the effort put into this software is great and deeply appreciated.n terms of functionality, the software does provide all needed modules, but with the way they're presented and working, I wouldn't suggest using this software for large companies, would probably be best so stick with it if your company is comprised of <250-300 employees, otherwise everything will get cluttered.

Cons

Lack of mobile access / version - that's a requirement now in 2018.
UI seems somewhat cluttered when having to many employees / profiles added.

One of best cloud based HR

Cloud based system is very useful. You don't need to worry about your server storage.

Pros

Main interfaces are very user friendly. Easy to use and handle. Don't need any professional guide to use the application.
I think best feature is cloud based system. You can upgrade your storage as you wish.
WebHR integrates with so many applications. Because of that reason very easy to integrate with famous applications like gmail, google drive, slack and etc.

Cons

You need to contact online representative to view a demo and ask for the credentials. I think best way to do is just add a public username and password so everyone can view online demo without any problem.

WebHR needs to increase its free version to at least 50 employees and make it even more user friendly so as to attract more companies to this unique software.

Pros

WebHR is an easy solution for those who need to track their employee management from hiring process, attendance to the resignation stuff. It includes everything that is required for a small firm to keep a close eye on their employee management. It's a sure need for small to medium business who have scope of growth and opt for the paid version

Great for HR management

Heavy hiring is made possible and easy to document and track using WebHR.

Pros

Love the job module, it´s fairly easy to use, keeping track of employee data and data input is made by filling out editable forms, it´s a good tool.

Cons

Please fix the UI so it works on all mobile devices, it´s almost impossible to work in my phone, responsiveness.

Pros

We can use it for daily candidate’s time tracking, Candidate group level management details, easy to apply the leaves and employee Payroll details and it is used in my previous company.

Cons

The entirety and most especially their Support group. If only they can be 24/7, that would be helpful.

Great HR concept but with a lot of hassle

Make things easier rather than chasing the HR staff since our team is very huge.

Pros

The capability to do all HR related task and queries through one portal is really amazing. From applying for leaves to requests such as salary certificate, NOC, etc.

Cons

The interface is extremely poor. With poorly arranged navigation structure. There are plenty of room for improvement.

The interface. coming from an old version of timekeeping, the looks of this software is refreshing to eye. Ease of use, User friendly

we have been experiencing some issue with regards to payouts and it seems that webhr is not capturing/sending the appropriate data related to it.
