Great Software for Production
Amazing software without any better alternative.
PROSIt is easy to integrate with other softwares. Production management is amazing.

A Game Changer! Wish we had this years ago!
I have been absolutely delighted with Shopworks, the ease of use for myself and my team, the overall visibility it has provided and the multiple benefits realised by our business. The account manager support provided by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been excellent.
PROSThis has honestly been a game changer for the business. We were in the dark ages prior to shopworks, with paper everywhere. Scanning, emailing, copying, posting, phonecall's....you name it we had every time stealer going which simply made our staff scheduling and payroll process inefficient, cumbersome and super frustrating for all involved. The key element for my team is the improved visibility of all store shift patterns, allowing us to align with our footfall data and ultimately drive conversion and deliver payroll savings. We have achieved scheduling consistency across the retail estate. We identified (and amended) a number of strange legacy custom and practises which would have taken months to uncover with our paper based process. The dashboard is really easy to access, navigate with a great layout. Our finance and HR teams have also been far more productive. Finance saving perhaps 10 hours each week on a monday/tuesday and again at month end. HR colleagues experienced a dramatic reduction in store contacts following each pay run. Importantly our store colleagues love this....it provides them with ease of access to their current & future shifts, availability, time off requests and the most important one of all, it has dramatically improved the accuracy of their pay and holiday entitlement, both of which were a constant pain point prior to Shopworks implementation. Our Retail field team have also become far more efficient as a result.
CONSProject kick off and the early integration was initially a little "bumpy" however this was driven by a project/account manager who was out of his depth. This was quickly resolved by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team. We then moved on to a smooth implementation and successful pilot and roll out.

Its good to have shopworks
Overall I can not complain, would recommend.
PROSQuick customer service response time very good.

A Money Saver
Very positive. The core product works really well for our retail and service teams and management. They've listened if we've had a problem and resolved any issues we've had in good time. Bottom line is that it saved us money, continues to do that, so much more than pays for itself.
PROSIt allowed us to quickly and fairly seamlessly implement a system to manage hours, our biggest variable cost, much better. It saved us money throughout the business on hourly payroll but also helped us see more easily where we could allocate people/hours/money more coherently. And it was, is, great vfm compared with other much clunkier options many of us have used.
CONSThere was a little bit of customization but that was back in the day and even working with the time difference of UK to USA (we're in multiple states) it wasn't a problem.

People were more interested in dealing with a smaller account. But easier to use and customize, much much better vfm all round.
