excellent software for large and small industry

Pros

thanks to softgarden the companies can recruit personnel easily and quickly, especially helping the user to simplify the evaluation process, without a doubt the best tool that an industry can have to select its personnel.

Cons

The high cost of this software but it is worth it is undoubtedly an excellent tool for large and small industry

Highly recommendable

The Solution is contemporary, close to market-needs and even more improving in a steady way. There is a solution for anything. Nothing the customer-service wouldn't try to fix. Price-performance ratio is fair, we are absolutely satisfied an can highly reccommand softgarden

- Great usability, it's really easy to use, no need for long introductions. - Easy to use by Applicants , there's an Option to build a Company-owned talentpool. - Interfaces to different Jobboards, some for free, other can be bought in a kind of shop-system so theres no need for negotiations with different providers. - Service ist awesome, professional employees are always looking for a way to solve your problems asap. - Lots of features can be modified to fit in the companies process

- Reporting is still struggeling sometimes but has already improved a lot

Über den Kundensupport bei Softgarden kann man nicht meckern. Egal ob im Chat oder über einen Kundenberater, es ist immer jemand da, der einem hilft. Alle Wünsche der Personalisierung die wir an Softgarden hatten wurden professionell und zeitnah umgesetzt.

Cons

Die Funktion des "Talent Pool"s erschließt sich uns noch nicht so ganz. Irgendjemand wird sich aber sicherlich über diese Funktion freuen uns sie nutzen.

Einfach, sauber und übersichtlich.

Sehr gute Kommunikation, schneller Support. Besonders gut: konstante Weiterentwicklung des Produktes, es vergeht kaum ein Monat ohne eine Neuerung.

Pros

Bedienung ist sehr einfach zu erlernen und intern weiter zu vermitteln, wird auch von wenig IT affinen Kollegen schnell angenommen.

Cons

Es gibt aktuell keine sichtbaren oder auffälligen Nachteile.
