If money is not a big problem, I would recommend using the system. The support is there unlike some other platforms that just get you onboard and leave you to it. Talos has been really helpful for recruitment, connecting outside sources to enable ease of posting roles. Setting up interviews for candidates is simple too. You can create slots for multiple hiring managers/interviewers to ensure they receive booking confirmations. It is also great for keeping track of where candidates are in the hiring process and providing you have set things up correctly, is great at sending pre made templates etc. Never had an issue with this. Cons: The cost and the glitches. It is expensive and we have got the basic package. There is also a glitch that when you make notes on an application, this comes up over the timeline and you are not able to get rid of it. Read More JJ Jon J. One of the few features we managed to get implemented by them was the ability to edit our homepage for recruitment. A nice tough based on templates. Not massively customisable but adequate. Cons: We inherited a poor implementation from the previous team, so not the best start. What was most disappointing was the vast cost we were paying, for little product. Customer support team are really helpful and take the time to explain/resolve any queries. Cons: The chat bot was a little frustrating at first, as you'd end up going round in circles, but this has definitely improved over time and is very useful. Would also be good to have more functionality for admins to update/amend recruitment agency details. The interview scheduler was initially difficult with issues arising occasionally with candidates not being able to log in/join the video interviews, but now it's integrated with Microsoft Teams, it's much easier. They speak our language and are always on hand to offer support and guidance, often working with our other suppliers to help get the results we need. Cons: There are better ATSs on the market - but it really depends on what you need and how you're going to use the system.
