Cons: Although the platform was generally user-friendly, introducing it to teams unfamiliar with peer recognition tools took time and effort to encourage consistent use​. Cons: I guess the biggest drawback as a team leader is that I cannot see how a team member qualifies themself. Cons: I don´t have cons as for the app, but sometimes the information can loose a little bit of value when the employee feels overwhelmed by the size of the survey.
