It’s nice that it’s web based so there isn’t much involved in getting people suing it. The user end is pretty easy to use.

We like all the information/data was shown on the home page. We fill it's a great product for the cost.

Sometimes editing the segments when missing clocking in or out can be confusing.

There are times when employees have trouble punching out due to the sensitivity. This can be changed but they still have issues at times.

The user manual is excellent as well. In over 7 years I have only needed to call tech support once.

Overall, support is great. The product is solid and my clients like the reports they can generate about their employees time.

On a few occasions software was slow to load or did not load at all. May have been a problem locally.

I was not properly explained how licensing was charged, invoiced, given no explanation of charges when you ask and the money was withdrawn from my account.

What I like most about TimeClock Plus is the numerous punching choices and the integrations that we can do.

The software itself works DECENT but again the customer service, lack of effort or personalization you receive is thee worst I've experience working with vendor.

My overall experience has been very positive and  works great.

What I like most about TimeClock Plus is the IOS app. I can quickly and easily clock in and out and view as well as verify my hours.

The employees, all of them, remind me of a family that enjoys spending time together whether it is work or having fun and their customers always come first.

Seamless Integration with our ERP - Infinite Visions has been a big labor saver. The ease of the use of the product for end users is pretty good, with a modern, well designed UI.

Overall we have a good experience with TCP and their customer support is very good.

I like it's ease of use to our everyday employees that may not be as tech-savvy. It's pretty user friendly on the day to day level.

Efficiency in scheduling and having information immediately connected to staff  is a blessing compared to our previous manual individual set scheduling policy.

Reports are useful and the user interface is excellent. Any questions or requests for features are addressed promptly and personally by Zoomshift support.

We also like the notification services. The ability to look at a schedule while on the move if good as well.

Much more confusing to drop/pick up shifts. Frustrating when helpful features were available, then erased, then returned.

It's cost effective, dependable & easy to use. It continues to evolve with features that we didn't even know we needed.

I love how easy it is to set my team's schedule. Our staff also gets notifications of changes and make time-off requests with ease.

It's like instant messaging your best friend in IT. And the 'low cost' to 'feature-rich application' ratio is INCREDIBLY imbalanced in favor of the user.

The load time should be faster and available offline (even with a disclaimer of time last updated).

I can track better my people in the field and at the same time I can see what it is costing. It also helps keep my people  in line.

The usability of the product is wonderful. All of my employees are using it and do so with ease.

It's very intuitive, which I appreciate greatly in any sot of database that I use on a regular basis. I also love the customer service.

My people cannot clock into a shift until they are on site. This encourages them to be there a little early so they can get the full shift on the clock.

Our company does not use the time clock because we pay by the day and the program records shifts in hours.

It’s very easy to use, makes it super simple to clock my hours and stay on top of it. Seeing how much I earn everyday.

Another small thing that would be a great feature is the ability to sort locations alphabetically. Besides those 2 things everything has been working quite well.
