I wish we still used it. I feel an open door policy is great, and this helps support that, as well as welcome honest and constructive feedback without the fear (real or imagined) of consequence.

Recent changes to their interface are hard to navigate and they've added a lot of features that they're forcing you to use. It can be more complex than it needs to be.

Easy to use, love the blogs and based on the little bit I have used customer support, very helpful and responsive. My challenge is getting more members of our small team using Tinypulse.

Excellent, the level of service and professionalism was great.

I would like to see it integrated with other HR Tools that would enable us to effectively and continually measure feedback on the team.

The onboarding literature is poor. Not detailed enough and not visually simple and clear.

The data visualization of the results are great, too, and easy to share out.

The user interface can be confusing, especially as an admin.

I hope in the future they will add more features such as integrations with other apps or a mobile platform.

I also love that it has the cheers for peers option that allows you to give props and recognition to a co-worker. They layout is very clean and user friendly.

I dislike how I thought I clicked a response to the TINYpulse question in the automated emails, and it brings me to the website where I have to click my response again.

My customer support person spends the time with me to know my company, our needs and what we'd like to get out of TINYpulse.

Also there is a risk that the platform can be used as a rant, rather than individuals owning the suggestions for improvement and change and acting in person rather than through the tool.

The service is easy to use, simple and beneficial as we grow our company. I love this product and highly recommend it.

Sometimes we can go a couple weeks with only 2-3 responses out of a 25+ group, which is somewhat disappointing.

It's easy to use and navigate. Employees can feel at ease if they wish for their opinions to be communicated anonymously.

I hope it's better from an HR processing standpoint, otherwise there's not muse use in continuing its use.

I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.
