A few of our employees aren't very technologically-minded, and they have no problem navigating the system and completing their reviews. It's simple and straightforward and offers a lot of flexibility. #### Cons We're just starting to use the Goals portion of the software, and, as a company, we're a bit on the conservative side, and we'd rather not have the employees be able to create their own measurements. It's great to have that feature, but there should also be a way to turn it off if we don't want it. #### Reasons for choosing Trakstar Perform We had a focus group which helped us review and research the different products, and they liked Trakstar the best. #### Reasons for switching to Trakstar Perform ADP was not very easy to use and not flexible at all. All items we requested, we were told they could do it. They Told our company they would be there every step of the way… it did not happen. #### Cons Over promised, clunky integration, customer service is a joke as the can not help and their response time to talk to someone take days, the help videos are outdated. Our account manager ghosted us and we were not assigned another one for 6 months. For what our company paid, we did not get a return on investment. I have an appreciation for Trakstar now. It is a place where I can keep track of the many things that get forgotten otherwise. This is an EXTREMELY valuable reminder because then you aren't racking your brain at the end of the year trying to remember your accomplishments. You can keep track of them year-round, and when your appraisal is due, the hard part is pretty much done. This helped a lot even for my 90-day appraisal. It was very easy to use and painless for employees to submit their appraisals. #### Cons I'm not sure whether this was a setting that could be edited, but they sent out way too many emails to remind users to fill out their appraisals.
