Time Saving - Amazing Customer Service/Tech Support.

The trial period was lengthy and cost-effective, which allowed my managers to take ample time in testing the functionality across multiple groups to ensure it was a best fit.

I liked the compartmentalization of notes, video, etc, it was easy to multitask and stay engaged with the process.

Ease of use and dependability,  it has made the process so easy and anytime something has to be changed, it is a seamless process.

It is very dependable and I do enjoy the ease of use.

I love how easy it is to use. Even things that seem somewhat intricate, their customer service is great and they're always there to help you.

I had great experience, and considering that I am very demanding person, I was happy with the application and costumer service we received.

Its filters new applicants, it needs to show the applicants scores on the front page and it needs an fired button.

We were limited in the number of people that we could conduct phone interviews with, so our process relied very heavily on resume screening.

They are hard to fault and I've used lots of systems.

No need for custom coding in most cases. The company listens to their customer needs/Feedback and adjust/upgrade the product roadmap accordingly.

Since day one, our Account Manager has been very helpful and always friendly and understanding. If we have a problem, we don't have to wait longer than a few days to get it resolved.

Our version doesn't sync neatly with our applicant tracking system.

It is also cost efficient making it affordable for organizations with a limited budget to purchase.

The wide array of features for interviewing makes accommodating each interviewee's needs and the hiring manager's needs easy.

Some features and processes don't feel intuitive or logical. This makes somethings hard to design and/or implement.

Multiple people from my org are involved in the recruiting process, and Vidcruiter makes it easy to keep everyone on the same page. The time-saving features also allow me to do more with my day.

No integration with Salesforce/Jobscience, but I know they are working on it.

The price of having such direct control over payroll is that any mistakes I make are on me.

There are many more affordable solutions with better interface and customer service.

Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.

This combines almost every component related to HR into one system and is amazing for the price, has a bunch of integrations as well.
