That is not an easy thing to say about any software. Windows and Microsoft Office fail constantly and have zero support. The very few times that I have had trouble over the last several years, they were very responsive and helpful. Problems were resolved on the first try. They also actively keep working to make the product better. Over the years, the feature set has increased to the point that we aren't even using all the features they have. They send out useful information periodically, but they aren't spammy about it. #### Cons There are a couple minor gripes that boil down to my personal preferences in UI. I would appreciate a menu of buttons for each user without needing to right-click to access something as basic as a time sheet. The Orange-Ulster BOCES Practical Nurse program has been using the Virtual TimeClock since 2016 to track required program hours for completion of the program and eligibility for New York State licensure. Students must clock in and out every day are are credited with those hours towards the program requirements. The Virtual Timeclock is an integral part of our program. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Easy to use, students clock in and out every day. I run reports to balance time or calculate hours required for completion of Practical Nurse program. Can be adjusted as per needs, ex. student forgets to clock out or arrived on time but clocked in later. Team leader relies on reports to keep track of hours completed and any time to make up. Works great for our needs, we are adult education and used to track required program hours. #### Cons I have not been able to pull out a 30 minute lunch on certain days. The students have a 7 hour day with a half hour lunch from 8am to 3pm, Monday to Friday from September to June. They get 6.5 hours per day credited. Two days a week they go to clinical, off site from 8am to 2:30pm with no lunch. So I had 18 version bought 2019 used up a month a month ago when company crashed. I was able to recover the software from an old file and installed the key from the email back then. Everything works for a day and the everything disappeared for the computer hard-drive include the original recovered files. When I try to look up the software key in the email. That disappeared as well. I felt so weird that everything coincidentally happened at the same time. By the way, two other emails related to the software purchase are still there while license key email magically disappeared. This is just so weird! I didn't have any problem using version 18 then and so I hope the new version should improved a lot more, I think.
